How does this work?

How do I price?

·        Cons & on-location: package based:

At cons, time is precious. If we do the shoot in 15, 20, or 30mins, that means you have more time to enjoy the event or location.

·        Studio: time + package based.

In the studio, we have the chance to not be rushed with non-studio factors such as crowds. Creating a space where clients can be more relaxed creates the opportunity to really help you the client feel that much more confident!

Time Frame for receiving photos

·        Conventions + cosplay, and fashion shoots:

~10days to 2weeks. I’ll typically take 1-2 days (maybe 3 depending on season) to turn around the first batch of cleaned photos, then once received the list, Ill typically take a week to edit those. Most times I aim for less. I say ~2weeks just for safety and some breathing room.

·        Headshots and Portraits:

These will be grouped together – typically 5-7days. Similar process as above, its just a faster turn around since these clients typically are a bit more on a schedule.

·        Family studio shoots, events, engagement, and weddings: I am to keep these within 6-8weeks typically.

-  Studio shoots, weddings, and engagements I’ll send a gallery first and edit the ones they want. Events typically don’t mind as much as long as they get the agreed upon number of photos. They typically just want promotional materials, so Ill try and head into events with that mindset.
